cruise and maritime voyages ship

Founded in 2009, Cruise & Maritime Voyages (CMV) is Britain’s newest privately owned cruise line, specialising in providing no-fly cruises aboard smaller to mid-sized ships from a choice of UK ports. CMV are renowned for their traditional British cruise experience offering their guests a 'home from home' style of cruising combining an attentive and friendly service with stylish entertainment and superb cuisine. Composed of 3 ships, the fleet operates cruises ranging from 1-42 nights, sailing from eight ports around the UK.

These smaller cruise liners mean that if you sail with CMV you will be able to access more ports of call than the larger resort style ships, offering a wider range of destinations and a more varied itinerary. Their flagship, Marco Polo, offers child-free destination cruises. Though children are welcome on board Astor and Discovery, there are no child-specific facilities on the ships.

Nominated for 'Favourite Cruise Line 2013' by Globe Travel Awards, 95% of cruise passengers have rated the enjoyment of their cruises aboard Marco Polo, Discovery and Astor either good or excellent.
