"My husband and I have cruised for over 21 years and have used Ocean World Travel a few times.Today I wanted to book a cruise with P&O & was considering whether to book it direct with P&O or a travel company (nb I receive mail from many travel companies). First of all P&O and a few other websites I tried did not show availability or the information your webiste shows. One or two travel agents I'd recently used now seem too big & are too busy to answer - they say 'please leave your details & we'll call you back'. This type of service I will not use.I recalled using Ocean Travel in the past & being satisfied & you still send me mailings. I decide to look at your website and was very pleasantly surprised. I was able to look at the availability of several P&O cruises and found exactly what I was looking for. This saved me time when I phoned OWT.I would like to highly commend you for having such a wonderful website - it even gave the size of the accommodation and prices. Whoever designed it knew that it would attract custom - it couldn't be better.I also recalled that in the past I found your staff who answer the phones to be pleasant and helpful. I wasn't disappointed today - a lady called Ruth took my booking at approx. 15.45 .I knew that it wasn't far off your closing time & did wonder if I would get a tired person who would hurry me along. Ruth was as helpful and efficient as if she had just started a duty - she was excellent and made relevant points that helped me to choose the suite I wanted on the Oceana's 7 night cruise on 9 May 2009.In conclusion, many thanks for the efficient service from Ruth and an excellent website.
