What Information will I need to book?
Preference details (if applicable to your particular cruise line)
Dining Preference (1st or 2nd seating), Table Size (2,4,6,8 people), Smoking (yes/no), Bed (Queen or Twin configuration).
Personal details
Gender, Title, Legal First and Surname, Date of Birth, Age, UK Address, Email Address.
Payment details
You will need a credit or debit card to hand
We accept credit cards as follows:- MasterCard and Visa. Our credit card charge is 1.5% + VAT
We accept debit cards as follows:- Delta, Switch and Solo, which carry no fees
Please note
Deposits are required at time of booking via Mastercard and Visa credit cards, or via debit cards, the amounts required vary by cruise line. If your cruise departs within 70 days (10 weeks) of booking, the full balance of your holiday will be payable at the time of booking.
Only passengers residing in the UK, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle Of Man are able to book via the Ocean World Travel booking system.
Are there any circumstances when I am unable to book online?

- If enquiring for any cruise other than P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises, Ocean Village, Cunard, Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity
- If your party exceeds 4 passengers on a single booking.
- If you wish to book either a World Cruise or associated line voyage.
- If you wish to book a fly, cruise and stay holiday.
- If you, or a member of your party are travelling with an infant(s) between the ages of 6 months and 2 years.
- If you, or a member of your party uses or requires the use of a wheelchair and/or you wish to book an accessible cabin.
- If you, or a member of your party has a dietary requirement, a medical condition which may require special treatment or a disability meaning you or the member of your party may have special requirements.
