In 1968, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line was founded and ever since then, they have been changing the way the world cruises. As the business rapidly started to grow, so did the size of their ships and 'ship stretching' began in 1978. This task consists of cutting a ship in two and adding mid-sections to increase capacity. The early noughties saw a range of new sophisticated RCL ships take to the seas.

There is nothing quite like the experience of cruising. Whether it’s your first cruise holiday, or your twenty-first, the magic never fades. Nothing compares to the freedom of the ocean, the new adventures that awaits you in every port, and the luxury and wealth of entertainment on board.

There’s never a dull moment with Royal Caribbean International, they have something on offer to keep everyone entertained. There are colourful parades, dazzling shows and aerial acrobatics that will take your breath away. Guests can have a go at the wide variety of activities available on board such as; mini golf, rock-climbing and the FlowRider. Let's not forget to mention the exceptional dining venues where guests can sample delicacies from around the world. Discover something new with shore excursions aimed at exploring local cities and culture. No two days are the same with Royal Caribbean.
