Why cruise with Cunard?
- Private Theatre Boxes
Designed in a classic opera house style, The Royal Theatre, aboard Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria, features 20 private Royal Boxes available for passengers to reserve. The boxes provide guests with an exclusive and intimate environment in which they can be waited on by their own private butler while enjoying an unforgettable night at the theatre.
- Afternoon Tea
Cunard is famous for it's signature White Star Service, and its daily Afternoon Tea is an experience not to be missed. Be waited upon in the grand ballroom, with white-gloved tea service, and enjoy delectable scones, and sandwiches.
- Illuminations Planetarium
Queen Mary 2's Illuminations movie theatre converts into the only planetarium at sea. Seating 150 guests, shows run approximately four times per sea day. Passengers can enjoy high-tech programmes, including astronomy shows and virtual reality movies underneath the impressive planetarium dome.
The Cunard Insights programme allows guests to enjoy a wide range of speakers. From explorers, academics and historians, to scientists, novelists and biographers. Former ambassadors, politicians and award winning actors and film makers have also given inspiring talks on historical and contemporary issues.
Cunard Line is steeped in history. Its iconic vessels have defined sophisticated travel for over 175 years and Cunard continues to be the gold standard for luxury ocean travel. Cunard is the only line offering a regular transatlantic ocean liner service, aboard the elegant Queen Mary 2. Attention to detail is key on a Cunard voyage. Guests can even experience their world famous White Star Service; from white gloved greetings upon embarkation to attentive service from your stateroom steward.
