Indoor Pool and Jacuzzi

A dip in the pool, and off we go. Here, sports swimmers can also enjoy themselves for kilometres.

A counter-current swimming pool challenges you to top performance if desired. While a quiet alternative for bubbly moments is offered by the Jacuzzi.

Sauna and Fitness

Would you like to relax after sports or an excursion and work up a good sweat? No problem. On board the Riverside Mozart, there is a sauna and steam bath area for men and women.

For muscle training and stretching exercises, why not head to our fitness area. Modern equipment from Technogym, free weights and mats enable a daily fitness programme.

Body Treatments, Cosmetics & Hairdresser Salon

You can relax in our massage and treatment rooms. The rest is taken care of by our qualified therapists. For example, a sports massage or a foot reflexology massage, or a massage with aromatic oil.

Our staff perform various facial treatments with the luxury products of the Natura Bissé brand from Barcelona. A haircut before dinner? Also a good idea. Our hairdresser is a true stylist.

And there’s something else that sets us apart: our itineraries can be extended and combined as desired. Our short routes are perfect for newcomers to the world of river cruising. A variation of excursions can be booked according to personal interest and preferance. We satisfy passions and also awaken them: architecture and design, art and cuisine, history and nature – these are our themes. And in addition we can also organize your vacation days before or after your Riverside Luxury Cruise.

Smoking Policy

Riverside Luxury Cruises will allow smoking in a designated smoking area. The indoor Smoking area is the Connoisseur’s Club and the outdoor Smoking area is on Vista Deck 4 midship. Smoking is not allowed in public rooms, suites or any area that is not designated as a smoking area.

Self-Service Laundry

Our Laundry is obliged to provide you with all the services you need, however – we offer our guests a fully equipped self-service laundry with Miele washing machines and driers as well as an ironing-board.

Medical Facilities

There are no medical facilities or doctor on board Riverside Luxury Cruises. Medical service can be easily contacted from local shoreside facilities if required. Guests who require ongoing medication, or who have specific dietary needs are advised to bring an ample supply of medication or dietary supplements with them in their carry-on luggage.

Riverside Luxury Cruises reserves the right, without liability, to refuse to board and transport such guests who are in need of constant care by the river ship’s staff.

Internet Access

We are pleased to provide complimentary Wi-Fi for our guests.

Please note: Service interruptions may occur during particular stretches of the river/s, and while the ship is transiting locks.

Excursions

In each port we visit, Riverside Luxury Cruises offers a wide selection of excursions. Some of them will be included in the Excursion package – others can be booked individually as „luxury“ also stands for choices.

Our Shore Excursion Operators are expected to meet our high standards ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shoreside experience.

Should you choose to book excursions arranged by us, we can assure you of the following:

Safety: Our reliable tour operators meet and exceed our high safety standards and insurance requirements.

Convenience: Drop-off and pick-up oints in each port are coordinated with your ship’s arrival and departure

Comfort: Limited group size for more intimate and personalized experience ashore and while sightseeing. All guests will be supplied with an audioguide-device on all our tours.

Protection: No penalties in the event of inclement weather, site closures or sailing time changes

No Hidden Fees: All-inclusive pricing – all entry fees, admissions, refreshments (where applicable), etc. included as detailed in each tour description.

Dress Code

Smart Casual

Comfortable and casual is perfect on board or ashore for sightseeing. Be sure to bring comfortable, walking/sports shoes appropriate for your activities. Dining room attire is casual during the day; however, swimsuits, cover-ups/robes and baseball hats are not appropriate.

During the evening the following dressing attire would be recommended:

Ladies:

Blouse | Sweater | Dress slacks | Skirt | Dress

Warm wraps or evening coats, as well as gloves and scarves for fall and winter months

Gentlemen:

Open-collar shirt | Collared polo shirt | Button-down shirt | Dress shirt (no tie required) | Dress pants/Smart trousers | Sport coat (optional)

Overcoat, scarves, gloves and hats for fall and winter months

We kindly ask you to refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, flipflops in the evening.

Should you decide to dine on your own at a more formal restaurant on land, then a jacket and tie may be preferred or required for gentlemen. Be sure to pack appropriately for all of your planned experiences. There are bathrobes and slippers in each suite for your use during the cruise.

Other amenities include a hair dryer, upscale cosmetic products, and umbrella.

Change of Itineraries

We have prepared extensively for when unexpected circumstances, such as disruptive weather patterns or lock delays & closures, occur. Whilst we make every effort to minimize disruptions, the nature of river cruising dictates an expectation of deviations in the published itinerary.

Butler Service

Riverside Luxury Cruises is an All-Suite river cruise ship and this concept encompasses Butler Service for each and every guest. Our dedicated Butlers will go out of their way to make you feel bundled up in comfort and care. Butler Services include packing and unpacking, shoeshine, serving hors d’oeuvres and meals in the Suite, deliveries as well as assisting with any kind of reservation, spa appointments, recommendations, etc.
