Indoor Pool
- Sauna
- Relaxation Area
- Retractable Roof
The pool is our very first indoor pool onboard a TUI River Cruise ship, but that’s only part of the story. Thanks to the retractable roof, it doubles up as an outdoor number, too, so it’s in use year-round, and the panoramic windows mean you can take in the scenery while you take a dip. There’s seating around the edge, too, plus a sauna.
Lounge Bar
- The ship’s main bar
- Nightly entertainment
- Bright, modern decor
The lounge bar is a light and contemporary space where the evening entertainment takes place each night. Kick back in the comfy seats and watch live music and local acts take to the stage. There are things like interactive quizzes and movie nights here, too.
Top Deck
- Dedicated areas for relaxation and activities
- Take a break on the sunloungers
- Special events such as movie nights
The top deck’s a spacious area, which is split into different zones for relaxation and activities. Lie back on a lounger while watching the world go by or join in with the likes of Yoga classes and deck games, including shuffleboard.
Atrium
- Reception desk
- Tea and coffee station
- Cruise Experience Manager desk
The atrium’s at the heart of the ship, and it’s where you’ll find the reception and the Cruise Experience Manager’s desk. You can head here to ask questions, check opening times and book shore experiences if you haven’t already pre-booked. There’s a free tea and coffee station here, too.

Sightsee At Leisure
If exploring at your own pace sounds more your cup of tea, our tickets and attractions experiences are perfect. You can set off on your own and join in with things like food tasting tours, or see the destination on hop-on-and-off buses. If you’d rather just bag yourself a spot in a local café and watch the world go by, that’s great, too – our cruises allow for as much sightseeing as you like.
If you want to find out everything you need to know about the ports we visit, don’t miss our Cruise Experience Manager’s daily port talks. They’ll also tell you about some of the shore experiences available. Also, use the onboard app, Navigate. It’s got port maps on it – perfect for if you want to go off and explore alone.

If you have more specific dietary needs, or need particular food brands or varieties, we’d recommend you bring them with you. For restrictions on foods you can’t take into certain destinations, please take a look at the FCO website.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the ship. Please note that Wi-Fi speeds may vary.
Accessibility
Are TUI River Cruise ships suitable if I have reduced mobility or use a wheelchair?
Unfortunately, our river cruises are not wheelchair-friendly, and there are no lifts onboard. If you’re unable to walk unaided up and down flights of stairs, then a TUI River Cruise may not be suitable for you, as the facilities are spread across different floors on the ship. If you need any advice on accessibility, medical care and onboard facilities, give our River Cruise Team a call on 0203 451 2688, and they’ll be happy to help.
Do TUI River Cruises cater for customers who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind or visually impaired?
Customers with sensory impairments are welcome, but please be aware that access to the facilities onboard, gangway access, and tenders ashore can be difficult. We recommend that anyone who is hard of hearing or has vision impairments should always be accompanied by a fit and able companion to guide and assist them. However, if someone particularly wishes to travel alone, they can speak to our Assisted Travel Team on 0203 451 2688 who will assess the risk based on individual requirements.
If there’s anything else you’d like to know, head over to our FAQs page or call our River Cruise Team 0203 451 2688.
