Key Responsibilities
- Researching and planning bespoke cruise and land-based itineraries.
- Managing the end-to-end booking process with high accuracy.
- Providing exceptional after-sales support and documentation.
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Keeping up-to-date with ship launches and industry trends.
Hours & Location
- Full-Time: 37.5 – 40 hours per week.
- Late Shifts: Flexibility for 11am – 7pm shifts is required.
- Weekends: Rota-based weekend shifts (9am – 5pm) are required.
- Location: Primarily Wickham, with travel to Chandler’s Ford as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
- 1+ years in a travel agency or cruise sales background.
- Warm, welcoming, and family-oriented mindset.
- Confident computer literacy and attention to detail.
The Package
- £25,000 starting salary
- Higher earning potential based on expertise you demonstrate.
- 5% commission on booking profits.
- Rewarding incentives, educationals and ship visits.
